Got Girls Guild Charter

Got Girls started with a group of 5 girls, friends in RL and friends in-game.  We want a fun place to play for GIRLS ONLY, because we all know GIRLS DO IT BETTER!   We welcome all types of girls - lesbian, bisexual, transgender, heterosexual, you name it, if you are female you are welcome here.  In order to provide a friendly, open guild atmosphere we do have to install a few basic rules

1. Membership in Got Girls is a privilege.

Got Girls is intended for females of all walks of life.  However, being a girl does NOT automatically ensure you a place in the Got Girls guild.  We have rules of conduct that must be adhered to.  If you feel that you cannot or will not follow these rules, then Got Girls is probably not the guild for you.

Furthermore Got Girls Madams have the right to take any action necessary to maintain a drama and harassment free environment in-game, on our ventrilo server and on our website.  These actions may include and are not limited to loss of priveleges and/or removal from the forums, ventrilo or the guild through a majority vote of the Madams.

2. Harassment will NOT be tolerated.

Got Girls members are expected to treat each other with respect at ALL times. Regardless of sexual preference, ethnicity, culture, religious preference, class, race (even gnomes should not be harassed under normal circumstances).    Madams will ask players to desist with chat or any other action that is deemed to be in the realm of harassment. This includes, but is not limited to slurs, disparaging comments and inflammatory statements that target either individual players or groups of players based on any such qualities. Players have a responsibility to keep guild chat an accommodating place for everyone and refrain from such speech in general and more specifically to drop it when an officer asks them to.

3. Your actions reflect on Got Girls

Everything you do reflects back to your guild.  Got Girls strives to be a respectable guild with a great reputation on the Proudmoore server.  We ask that our members always treat others with respect this includes general/trade chat, dealing with the opposing faction, when in a pick up group and/or in battlegrounds.  Got Girls does not tolerate ninja looters, gankers, BG AFKers, or any other action used to make yourself a nuisance or ruin the game for others.   Disciplinary action will result.

4.  NO DRAMA

Again....NO DRAMA!  If you have a problem or dispute, please be polite and respectful.  Do not play the guildy bashing game or any other bashing game!  If a problem arises that you cannot deal with yourself, immediately come to any Madam for help.  If you have an issue with one of our Madams, please talk to any other Madam.  They are here to help you and they must always uphold these guild policies, as well.

5. Ventrilo

Ventrilo is a voice chat program required by Got Girls.  It is a free program and can be downloaded at www.ventrilo.com We use Vent in all of our instances and raids.  We will also be using to Ventrilo to verify the femaleness (if that is even a word) of prospective guild members.  You must also have a working microphone.

At this time we do not have room for more Madams.  However, as Got Girls grows that need will grow.

Vixen-Official Raid Team

Vixen is an earned title.  You must show a working initiative to better your character in order to be considered for our Team of Vixens.  Know your class, better your gear, research dungeons and boss', come fully prepared to groups, etc.  All potential Vixens will be voted in through a majority vote of your Madams and The Cougar.  In order to keep the Vixen title, you must participate in at least 2 scheduled guild raids each week.
