Got Girls is a casual raiding guild. However, raiding is something that effects a number of people and must be regulated accordingly. Please make your best effort to follow them.

 

 

 

Raiding Requirements:

Only members using Ventrilo will be invited to raid. See guild info tab for ventrilo login information.

All members must use addons.

  1. All Raiders must have Deadly Boss Mods, Omen Threat Meter, and Recount

  2. All healers must have Grid+Clique, Healbot, etc.

  3. All Paladins must have PallyPower.

  4. Any class that has affliction removal capabilities from raid members must have Decursive.

If you sign up for the raid event show up. Also, all raiding events will show length of time we will be raiding. Do not sign up if you cannot be there for the entire scheduled raid. We understand things happen through the day not allowing you to raid or having to cut a raid short. You can notify any officer via real life (rl) email or sending a message through this site.

Be punctual. All raid invites will start 15 minutes prior to the scheduled raid time. Be on your raiding toon, be repaired, be stocked, etc... Let's Roll!!!

Have your classes appropriate food (including pet food), flasks, and reagents. If you are not prepared you will not get an invite. We will be checking all buffs during raid on all toons (Vixens).

Excessive talking on ventrilo during raids is unacceptable. For example, if you need to go bio, answer the phone, take the dog out, etc... use the raid chat and type you are afk. Use raid chat as much as possible. After the raiding situation is explained there will be time for questions. We are here to help so remember "There is no stupid question!  Except, possibly, a question not asked."

Excessive crafting during raids is not appropriate.

Looting:

Got Girls Raiding Loot System: Loot Reel

Loot Reel only has one reel. Those who recieve loot move to the bottom of the reel, while those in the raid move up one slot. Those not in the raid freeze in position. Example:

        1. A,B,C,D,E  <------   Loot Reel Prior to Raid

        2. A,C,D,E     <------   Those in Current Raid

        3. A               <------   Get's Loot

        4. C,B,D,E,A  <------   New Loot Reel

        5. C               <------   Passes on Loot

        6. D               <------   Get's Loot

        7. C,B,E,A,D  <------   New Loot Reel

Everyone moved up a spot, except B (who froze in position) because she was not present for this particular raid, neither losing nor gaining a spot.Miscellaneous loot policies:

One spot on the loot reel per person, not toon.

BOP Items: Interesed persons will be asked to link their current item for Main Set. The person highest on the Loot Reel will be announced. They will choose to use their Loot Reel postion or pass to the next highest person on the Loot Reel. If nobody wants the item for Main Set, players will be asked to ROLL for Off Set. Your Loot Reel position is only effected for Main Set items. If nobody takes an item for Main or Off Set, the items will DE’d for the Guild Bank.

Be generous to your fellow Guildies and help make the Guild stronger: Consider passing on an item if the next person down the Loot Reel has a Blue Item. This is by no means mandatory but something to keep in mind as players link their current items.BOE Items: These work exactly the same way as BOP for Main and Off sets but if nobody wants the item, all players may roll for the item. These items will not be DE’d

Patterns that make BOP goods are subject to Loot Reel position rolls. Patterns that make BOE goods, open roll, your Loot Reel position is not effected. All patterns attained on guild runs are expected to be provided free for use to the guild.

All items not taken as loot will be DE’d for guild bank.

If there is no disenchanter (DE’r) in the raid group all can roll for items not taken as loot.

If somebody hasn't raided with the guild for 2 weeks, your name will be removed. It will be placed at the bottom of the Loot Reel.

Consequences:

Infraction(s) of these raiding policies could result in no raid invites for a stated period of time up to exclusion from raiding all together. The five officers will be the moderators of these policies with the Old Crone (Guild Master) having the final say. We will not be quick to exclude a Got Girls member from raiding. The consequences for Infraction(s) are as follows:

  • 1 to 3 Infraction(s):    Warning from Cougar (Raid Leader)

  • 4th Infraction:            Raid Exclusion for 1 Week

  • 5th Infraction:            Raid Exclusion for 1 Month

  • 6th Infraction:            Permanent Raid Exclusion
